The Puffin Pool is located in Dingwall and is run by a registered charity for the people of the Highlands and Islands. If you are disabled, in pain or just interested in keeping fit hydrotherapy may just be the thing for you.
Clubs, organisations or groups of friends can book the pool for weekly sessions. You don’t have to come in a group, you can also come along individually for an assessment and advice by our physiotherapists.
2nd April 2012: The pool is currently looking for casual members of staff. If you are interested ask at reception for a form or give us a call. PLEASE NOTE: you must have an UP-TO-DATE National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (N.P.L.Q)
