Group Bookings: We will provide a lifeguard but depending on the size of group and the nature of any disabilities in the group, additional help will be required from your organisation.
Individual Bookings: Firstly you must attend one of our regular Physiotherapist Assessment Sessions to receive exercises to do in the pool and advice on exercises for the future.
