SESSIONS

Sessions can be booked and paid for by contacting us by telephone or e-mail, or at the pool itself.

Payment can be made remotely, where a secure payment link is sent to you by e-mail from puffinpool9@gmail.com. If in doubt, please contact us.

Please note that the allotted times shown on the timetable are 'door-to-door' i.e. include getting in and out of the pool and changing time. Where a time is shown in brackets, this is the time that the user has to be out of the pool.
Assessment
£15

A mandatory physio assessment before being allowed into a mobility session (including hoist access).

Please contact us if you have already had an assessment but have not been to the pool in a while.

Please note that any client who fails to attend for a booked Assessment, or gives less than 24 hours notice (excluding weekends) that they won't attend will still be charged. This is because the Physiotherapist will have already been booked to attend the pool to undertake the Assessment.

Mixed Mobility
£9/5*

A mobility session where you have full use of the pool (subject to other users being in the pool).

Some hoist access is available, but the dedicated hoist access session affords more time to get in and out of the pool.

A one-off physio assessment is necessary to be completed before being allowed in the pool.
Female Mobility

The same as mixed mobility, but for female users only.
Hoist access

Similar to Mixed Mobility but the session is a full hour, to allow extra time to get in and out of the pool and to get changed.
Pufflings

There is no age limit, but this session allows younger users and those with learning difficulties their own time and space to enjoy use of the pool.
Aqua Aerobics

Aerobics session carried out in the water with an instructor
Group sessions already booked

NHS, FB, RSC, HHC, NASS, BRX and SC are group sessions organised by various organisations. It is not possible to book into these sessions through us.
Adult & Baby
£10

From February 2025, Parent & Baby bookings are available in limited numbers within Hoist Sessions. One adult per baby (£5 each).
Private pool hire
