SESSIONS

SPECIAL DISCOUNTED RATE OF £5 FOR MIXED MOBILITY SESSIONS WITH AN ASTERISK* SHOWN ON THE TIMETABLE

*** Please note the Tuesday 14:30 Female Mobility class is now running 13:40 - 14:30 (out of water by 14:20). This is over the winter and will be reviewed February/March 2024 ***

 

 

Sessions can be booked and paid for by contacting us by telephone or e-mail, or at the pool itself.

Payment can be made remotely, where a secure payment link is sent to you by e-mail from puffinpool9@gmail.com. If in doubt, please contact us.

Please note that the allotted times shown on the timetable are 'door-to-door' i.e. include getting in and out of the pool and changing time. Where a time is shown in brackets, this is the time that the user has to be out of the pool.

Assessment
£10

Mixed Mobility
£8/5*

  • A mobility session where you have full use of the pool (subject to other users being in the pool).

  • Some hoist access is available, but the dedicated hoist access session affords more time to get in and out of the pool.

  • A one-off physio assessment is necessary to be completed before being allowed in the pool.

Female Mobility
£8

  • The same as mixed mobility, but for female users only.

Hoist access
£8

  • Similar to Mixed Mobility but the session is a full hour, to allow extra time to get in and out of the pool and to get changed.

Pufflings
£8

  • There is no age limit, but this session allows younger users and those with learning difficulties their own time and space to enjoy use of the pool.

Aqua Aerobics

  • Aerobics session carried out in the water with an instructor

Adult Swimming Lessons

£10
 

  • Learn to swim in warm, shallow water. Lessons taken by swim instructor Adrian.

Group sessions already booked
 

  • NHS, FB, RSC, HHC, NASS, BRX and SC are group sessions organised by various organisations. It is not possible to book into these sessions through us.

Private pool hire
